Sesame, Parsley and Sun-Dried Tomatoes Grissini Cooking Recipe
Sesame, parsley and sun-dried tomatoes grissini can be cooked according to this Italian recipe. First you need to prepare the dough from which the grissini will be made. To do this, you need to dilute dry yeast in warm water, add salt and pepper, and then mix well. Add flour and olive oil to the water and knead the dough. Set the dough aside for 1 hour to rise, covering it with cling film.
Any food and herbs are suitable as a filling for grissini. In our recipe, we use the filling in the form of sesame seeds, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh parsley leaves. We chop each type of filling for grissini with a knife, except sesame.
Next, you need to divide the grissini dough into 6 equal parts, and roll out each part so that you get a thin rectangular sheet of dough.
Place each type of filling separately on 3 sheets of dough in a thin layer and cover it with the remaining sheets of dough. Using a pizza disc cutter, cut each sheet into narrow strips, 1-1.5 cm wide, and twist each of them, getting something like a drill.
Place the prepared grissini with sesame seeds, parsley and sun-dried tomatoes on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (390°F) for 20 minutes.
