Caesar salmon pizza is cooked according to the following Italian cuisine recipe. You need to prepare pizza dough - to do this, dilute dry yeast in warm water, add sugar and salt to it, and then stir well. Add flour and olive oil to the water, then knead and knead the dough well. Cover the resulting pizza dough with cling film and leave for 1 hour for the dough to rise.

While the pizza dough is rising, you can cook the cheese sauce. To do this, you need to melt the butter, add crushed garlic and pour in the cream, stirring constantly. Then remove the crushed garlic from the sauce, add grated Parmesan, salt and pepper and mix well until smooth.

Now let's prepare the pizza filling. Salt and pepper the chicken fillet, fry in vegetable oil and cut into small slices. Cut the salmon into small slices, mozzarella into cubes, tomatoes into slices. Grate Parmesan on a fine grater.

Roll out the pizza dough into a thin layer and place it on a baking sheet. Place chopped salmon, chicken, mozzarella and tomatoes on the dough.

Bake the Caesar salmon pizza in a preheated oven at 220°C (430°F) for 20 minutes. After baking, sprinkle the Caesar salmon pizza with grated Parmesan, garnish with torn lettuce leaves and cheese sauce.
