Baked chicken wings are one of the best snacks to go with beer. The recipe for baked chicken wings is very simple, it contains a minimum of spices, and the finished wings turn out very tasty, with a beautiful crispy crust. This snack is best suited to varieties of light beer.
Baked chicken wings can be cooked using this recipe. Wash the chicken wings; if desired, you can remove the last phalanx so that it does not char during baking.
Grind black pepper and salt in a mortar, rub the chicken wings well with a mixture of vegetable oil, salt and black pepper and let them stand for at least 30 minutes.
Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet and bake them in an oven preheated to 200°C (390°F) for 1 hour. Serve the finished baked chicken wings hot with beer.
