Salmon pizza is cooked according to this recipe from Italian cuisine. First you need to prepare the pizza dough. To do this, you need to dilute the yeast in warm water, add salt, sugar and mix well. After this, add wheat flour and olive oil and knead the dough. The pizza dough needs to be kneaded well and set aside for 1 hour to allow it to rise, it is better to cover the dough with cling film.
While the dough is rising, you can start cooking the creamy sauce. To do this, lightly fry the flour in a dry frying pan, then add butter, ground black pepper and salt to the flour. Then pour in the cream and heat it all up, stirring until the creamy sauce thickens.
Now you can start preparing the pizza filling. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater, cut the mozzarella into cubes. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Cut the salmon fillet into medium-sized pieces, not very thick.
Roll out the risen pizza dough thinly and place on a baking sheet. Place grated hard cheese, salmon pieces, mozzarella cubes and diced tomatoes on the dough.
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 220°C (430°F) for 20 minutes. Remove the finished salmon pizza from the oven, pour cream sauce and pesto over it, and you can serve it.
