Cooking Recipe

Potato cutlets can be cooked using this vegetarian recipe. The potatoes need to be boiled in their skins, the skins removed, and the potatoes rubbed through a sieve.

Beat the eggs into the grated boiled potatoes, add starch, flour, salt, ground black pepper and mix well.

Form cutlets from the prepared mass and fry them in a frying pan in vegetable oil. Serve potato cutlets warm with tomato or sour cream sauce.
