In order to cook a pizza recipe with dry-cured sausages, prosciutto, salami and smoked chicken, you first need to cook the pizza dough. This is done very simply. To cook the dough, you need to dilute the yeast in warm water first, and then add sugar, salt and mix well. Then you need to add flour to the pizza dough, which should be sifted beforehand, pour in olive oil and mix the dough well with your hands.
Place the pizza dough on a floured surface and knead well. A good solution for kneading pizza dough is to use a bread maker or food processor. Cover the kneaded dough with cling film and put in a warm place for an hour, by which time it should double in volume.
The time when the pizza dough is ready can be used to prepare the pizza filling. Grate the cheese, cut the prosciutto and salami into thin slices, cut the dried sausages into rings, and cut the smoked chicken breast into small pieces.
Roll out the pizza dough thinly in the form of a circle and put it on a baking sheet, creating sides around the edges that will not allow the cheese and toppings to flow out of the pizza. Spread grated gouda cheese in an even layer on top of the dough, and on top of it evenly distribute slices of salami, prosciutto, dry-cured sausages and smoked chicken breast on top of the pizza. Then you need to put the pizza in the oven and bake it at 355-390°F (180-200°С) for 30 minutes. Ready pizza should be served immediately on the table until the pizza with sausages, prosciutto, salami and smoked chicken has cooled down.
