Pizza Carbonara Cooking Recipe

Pizza carbonara is cooked according to this recipe from Italian cuisine. First you need to cook the pizza dough. Dissolve yeast in warm water, add sugar, salt, olive oil and mix. Gradually adding flour to knead the dough. Wrap the pizza dough in cling film and place in a warm place for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the ingredients for the carbonara pizza. Fry the bacon in a hot frying pan on both sides. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry them too. Cut the tomatoes into slices, grate the mozzarella and Parmesan on a fine grater.

Now you need to cook the carbonara sauce for the pizza. To do this, beat 2 egg yolks, then add grated Parmesan, finely chopped garlic and herbs. While whisking continuously, pour in the oil from the fried bacon.

Roll out the suitable pizza dough, brush with tomato sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella first and Parmesan cheese on top. Place fried bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes on the cheese. Place the pizza in a preheated oven at 220°C (430°F) for 7 minutes.

Then remove and pour carbonara sauce over the surface of the pizza. Carefully crack the egg so as not to damage the yolk and place it in the center of the pizza. Continue baking the pizza carbonara for another 10 minutes.
