To cook grissini with sesame breadsticks, you first need to cook or buy dough, for grissini, the dough that is used to make pizza is great. This dough is easy to cook, but it adds great flavor to both pizza and crispy breadsticks.
Grissini dough can be cooked as follows. We dilute the yeast in warm water, and then add salt, sugar and mix everything, then add flour and olive oil, and knead the dough for grissini well. After that, you need to cover the dough with a film and set it aside for about one hour so that the dough comes up, and after that you can proceed directly to the preparation of the sesame grissini recipe.
Form thin long sticks from the dough, the thickness of which should not exceed 1-1.5 cm. Now you need to cover the surface of the grissini with sesame seeds.
