Cooking Recipe

Baked pork ribs in pita bread can be cooked according to the following recipe. Cut the pork ribs into pieces. Mix vegetable oil with coriander, pepper and salt.

Rub the pork ribs with the resulting mixture of oil and spices and place on a baking sheet. Cook pork ribs at 200°C (390°F) for 1 hour or until meat falls off the bone. Pork ribs can also be grilled.

Heat the pita bread in a frying pan or grill, add chopped tomatoes and finely chopped herbs. Place baked pork ribs on top of the vegetables. Pour the juice from the ribs on top and serve hot with beer.
